I do not know why I have been blocked. I have never tried to edit a wikipedia page and I am blocked for vandalism

Decline reason:

If you have never attempted to edit before, then you are not the target of the block. Your IP address falls within a range blocked to stop an abusive user from harming Wikipedia. Though it does affect innocent people, it is necessary to protect Wikipedia. If you know nothing about any vandalism, you should go to a different location with a different IP address and create an account there, you can then return to your current location and log in with that account, as the block is only on users without accounts.
