Welcome!

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, 007Overlord. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Price Chopper (supermarket), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Wikipedia policy is not to include a list of locations of a retail establishment; please see WP:NOTDIRECTORY. You are new to Wikipedia and I thus ask that you discuss on the article's talk page why you believe that this content should be in the article, rather than re-adding the content; it is your burden, under WP:BRD, to make that justification given that Wikipedia isn't a free advertising medium. Store locations

edit

I really hope you will not try to add these again. Please read the other editors' edit summaries and the post above, on lauding that following the conflict of interest discussion. If you continue it will probably be considered WP:EDITWARRING and that usually leads to a block. Doug Weller talk 17:45, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please assume the good faith of your fellow editors

edit

Several comments you have made, both here on your talk page, and in your edit summaries to Price Chopper (supermarket) have displayed a lack of civility. Please remember to assume good faith on the part of your fellow editors. We are mostly all here to build the best encyclopedia that we can. If you disagree with an edit that another user has made, feel free to discuss the matter, but do not engage in personal attacks against your fellow editors by calling them names. This does nothing to help build the consensus required. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:56, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Doug Weller talk 18:40, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

This blocked user is asking that their block be reviewed on the Unblock Ticket Request System:

Personal attacks and gaining consensus

edit

Calling people trolls is a truly bad idea, and if you continue to do so you will probably be blocked again, this time perhaps indefinitely. You need to read the links above and follow them when you return. If you still think you want to add the addresses you need to get WP:CONSENSUS on the article talk page. If you just go ahead and reinsert your edit, you'll probably be blocked again. Basically all you have to do is behave like editors behave. Doug Weller talk 08:51, 18 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
