November 2012

edit

Hello, I'm Tbhotch. Your recent edit to the page Dance in the Dark appears to have added incorrect information, so I removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 21:18, 24 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi... I changed it because it was released only as a promotional single... this is the source (http://ladygaga.wikia.com/wiki/Dance_in_the_Dark_%28song%29#Commercial_release)
Wikia is not a reliable source. Also read this section: Talk:Dance_in_the_Dark#It_was_the_4th_single_from_The_Fame_Monster_.28album.29

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to The Fame Monster. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 18:53, 25 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Dance in the Dark. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 18:53, 25 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

And using your own source, you need to read carefully:
  • ""Dance in the Dark" is the fourth and final single for Lady Gaga's sophomore album, The Fame Monster."
  • "As of now, there is no fourth single outside of the Australian/New Zealand and France region"

It says it was released as single in Australia, France and New Zealand. It is recommended to read the article before making changes, as well as the talk page of an article. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 18:57, 25 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Superstar

edit

Hello. "Superstar" is a promotional single released in Brazil, is not an official single. Please, if you can modify. Thank you. --200.43.251.13 (talk) 15:34, 6 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. "Superstar" isn't a promotional single released in Brazil. It is an official single released worldwide by digital download. In Brazil they released a promo CD, but it isn't a protional single.---BarbzKenz- (talk) 15:36, 6 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Pink Friday, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Your edit was reverted here with an explanation. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 16:24, 4 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to I Am... Sasha Fierce, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 17:54, 9 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Pink Friday, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 21:57, 22 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Hummingbird Heartbeat, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. — Lil_niquℇ 1 [talk] 02:54, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hummingbird Heartbeat

edit

The only website that calls it a promotional single is Auspop.blogspot which is not a reliable source. Also promotional singles need to be released in aid of something. — Lil_niquℇ 1 [talk] 13:45, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (File:YouLostMeiTunes.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:YouLostMeiTunes.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 05:14, 9 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
