While the map may be accurate (although I understand this a contested subject), it says in its description that it's the uploader own work, which perhaps means the uploader is Alexander Vovin himself. As far as I know, citing one's own work in articles is not allowed. If you insist on keeping it I suggest you at least mention in the caption that the hypothesis that Japanese is related to Austroasiatic is not a consensus.
