I noticed that you have posted comments to the page Park Geun-hye in a language other than English. At the English-language Wikipedia, we try to use English for all comments. Posting all comments in English makes it easier for other editors to help you. If you cannot avoid using another language, then please provide a translation into English, if you can. If you cannot provide a translation, please go to the list of Wikipedias, look in the list for a Wikipedia that is in your language, and edit there instead of here. Thank you. Request reason:
Hey, I don't know what happened. I just can't get it. What is sock puppet? I don't know the rule, and I don't know why I blocked, and I don't know how to say that I am feeling so tight. I made an account, Noyuchan for using in Korean wikipedia. And I made an account, 노유찬 for using in korean wikipedia. I didn't use them together. I use them only in their own territory and purpose. And one day I came in and I could not make a edit. So I decided to make another account and I made this account with knowing the rule.
Now I read stuff and got the fact that you don't allow multiple accounts. But I think you ban them no matter what the reasons are. Now I know the rule, but I didn't know the rule before. I know not knowing the rule properly is so wrong, and I am so sorry. But I didn't even know what the sock puppet means before. So I just made another account. I didn't even know that my account 'Noyuchan' that made for only using in Korean wikipedia page was banned as I do not visit Korean wikipedia website anymore. I just want to tell that I was so ignore about the rule, consensus, multiple accounts.
And one day I visit the website, What the heck, my account and page do not work like before anymore. And I just made this account again. So, my Noyuchan and 노유찬 accounts are for using each other separately. One in for Korean, one in for English, it is made in purpose to use in another language website and homepage in wikipedia. And without knowing the rule and why I was banned, I just noticed that my account didn't work and made this account again. What I did, ignorance, is absolutely my fault. But I had purposes. I think it is not that wrong to be banned. Even this account's name means the same in chinese character, why would I name it as same as my another accounts if I try to avoid block? 盧侑贊 (talk) 06:40, 6 August 2019 (UTC)

I originally blocked your account 노유찬 for three days the first time because you changed the display size of images on many articles despite receiving warnings from other users. After your blocked expired, you continued to change image sizes and you logged out of your account to change the image sizes, too. I blocked the account 노유찬 indefinitely for that reason.
