ウィキペディア内でのコピーについて

令和5年台風第2号などのように、私が他の記事から履歴継承コピペすると「LTA:HEATHROWによる事前提案なき転記」として差し戻すのに、他の人が同じことをしても差し戻さないのはなぜですか？

記事を分割する場合は事前に分割提案することが推奨されているのは知っていますが、分割というより内容の一部を転記するだけの場合は、履歴継承さえしていれば問題ないのではないですか？

ちょっと一部転記する場合であろうと絶対に（100%）事前に提案しなければならないのですか？事前提案なく他記事からのコピペをして記事を書いている人は、私以外にもたくさんいますよ？

たとえば最近ではPekaさんが他記事から転記した上で「天山発電所」や「霙」などの記事を立項したり加筆したりしていますよ？ イーバ (talk) 12:14, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

日本語版のことをこちらで会話するのは（私も）目的外利用と誤解されかねないので、おやめください。

「内容の一部を転記するだけの場合は、履歴継承さえしていれば問題ない」のであれば、そもそも提案は不要です。正しくは「内容の一部を転記するだけの場合は、履歴継承さえしていれば削除（除去ではなく削除）する必要はない」です。「事前提案なく他記事からのコピペをして記事を書いている人」は、たまたま私の目に入っていないだけで（あなたの編集は注視しているのですが）、見かけたら差し戻されても文句はいえない編集だと考えます。履歴継承はされているけれど、合意がなく立項されている記事は、差し戻して合意が得られるまでリダイレクト化されたりしています（ja:アカツキゲームスは一度リダイレクト化して、提案してもらってから記事にしてもらいました）。柏尾菓子 (talk) 12:28, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

わかりました。では、ノート:体積ひずみ計を削除した理由を教えてください。決して悪意（悪戯の意図）があって悪戯目的で作成したわけでもありませんし、むしろ「ひずみ計」の履歴継承元が「体積ひずみ計」であることを告知させるためにも善意で作成したノートページなのに、なぜ削除したんですか？ イーバ (talk) 13:34, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

それは削除記録の要約欄に理由が記載してあるので、読んでください（特に2回目の削除）。繰り返しますが、日本語版についてここで話題にするのは、目的外利用です。今後は日本語版のお問い合わせについては、日本語版の会話ページでのみ受けつけます。ここでは返信しません。いつもほかの方に除去されない限りは答えているでしょう。自動承認されている利用者アカウントであれば、書けます（ブロック破りを推奨しているわけではありません）。 柏尾菓子 (talk) 17:40, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

@柏尾菓子 Hi Kashio Sweets! I saw you deleted the pages I created for some cities of Albania, which are known and were missing on Japanese Wikipedia. I don't know why you deleted them, however can you recreate them with additional content? The same pages I created including the page for the Bay of Lalez.
