Japanese municipality coordinates

Hello. Thanks for your contributions to articles about municipalities in Kagawa Prefecture, such as Higashikagawa, Kagawa. Unfortunately, I had to undo your edits because coordinates with second-level precision are not appropriate for areas the size of cities. For Japanese municipalities we use the coordinates of the city hall, rounded to the nearest minute.
