A Scientific Dissent From Darwinism

edit

My apologies Johnuniq, I am a new Wikipedia editor/user, and don't fully understand the nuances of proper posting. I am merely interested in improving the reliability of Wikipedia for other users and encouraging non-biased accounts of contested articles. What would be the proper way for me to progress towards this goal? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Αγάπη Λάχεσις (talkcontribs) 07:33, 1 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your message on my talk page regarding A Scientific Dissent From Darwinism. I am replying here as you asked for information. First, you are welcome to remove the "unsigned" message above and replace it with four tildes (~~~~) for a signature if wanted. Second, if you want to attract my attention on this page, you could send me a notification, also known as a "ping". One way of doing that would be include {{ping|Johnuniq}} in your message, although it has to be a new message with a signature for the notification to work. Finally, how-to questions can be asked at WP:HELPDESK, and more general advice can be sought at WP:TEAHOUSE.
Regarding the article, it is very common for edits to be reverted, and the approved procedure is to create a new section on the talk page of the article (Talk:A Scientific Dissent From Darwinism). The section would be used to discuss the merits of proposed edit. The WP:DIFF of your edit to that article is: [1].
The edit should be discussed on the article talk page, but I will mention that many articles at Wikipedia relate to evolution, and the content they contain is sometimes contested. The major problem for anyone wanting to present an alternative view is that articles here are based on reliable sources. There is a lot of science behind modern medicine and air travel and mobile phones and much more. That same science has very thoroughly investigated many aspects of biology and there are hundreds if not thousands of very reliable sources verifying that evolution is how biology and botany work.
