Request reason:

The content and the links I added to Wikipedia were comprised of scientific material where all of them were prepared in the context of academic work. From the scientific point of view, they are proven to be useful for all researchers who are interested in the related topics / fields. The topics added were covering issues on; 1. Digital Signal and Image Processing [1] and 2. Neural Networks [2] where both of them were scientific tutorials in fact. Based on this explanation, I do not agree your decision.

Decline reason:

This account appears to exist solely for promoting a specific web site, which would put it in violation of Wikipedia's rules against spamming. As you did not respond to warnings to stop, a block was appropriate. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 16:28, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Scientific content can not be regarded as "promotion" since this web site is intended to be scientific. I insist on your decision to be declined.

Decline reason:

No, this web site is intended to be an encyclopedia, and the subject of a website does not matter; you're not allowed to spam for it here.  Sandstein  20:55, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Being very honest, it looks to me like you have a strong conflict of interest, here -- if my assumption is correct, you're not approaching this from an arm's length, but rather to forward your interest in celebisoftware.com; that could be considered advertising. If you're going to claim there's widespread public of professional interest in this content, I do respectfully ask that you document that... where's the mainstream mention of this in notable, reliable, third-party sources? Professional journals, newspapers of record, that sort of thing, would be ideal. – Luna Santin (talk) 20:14, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
