Some biographical information edit
José Castro, alias Zocastro, studies and researches in the area of ecopsychology at ISPA[1] in Portugal. After a brief but instructive passage through ISA[2], in wich he gained a good knowledge of botany, he maintained his interest in Nature through herbology and permaculture. He has also studied alternative and complementary medicines at courses and seminars.

Zocastro plays guitar in a musical group called Focolitus, and is webmaster and an active member of a Local Exchange System in Portugal [3].
