Zane Malik is a barrister based in London Lincoln’s inn[1].He is known for his work on high profile Immigration, Asylum and Human Right law cases. He has been described “as skilled as Mr Zane Malik”: Lord Justice Moses in R (Mirza and others) v Secretary of State [2010] EWHC 2002 (Admin)[2].

He studied in London where he did his LLB Law (Hons) and LLM in International Law and Human Rights Law. He went on to do a PGD Professional Legal Studies course at Cardiff University and is presently studying for his PHD at Kings College London. His PHD thesis is titled “Asylum, Human Rights and Sexual Orientation: A Critical Study of United Kingdom and European Union Law”: His thesis explores the United Kingdoms Asylum and Human Rights Law the main focus being on sexual orientation and gender Persecution[3].
