Aishwary Pratap (born 03 February 2001) is an Indian sport shooter. Supported by the MP State shooting academy. In 2017, Pratap was the National record holder in the men's 50-meter rifle three positions event with a score of 1173. After participating in the world championship, achieving his best result in 4th place in the same event, he clinched 12 medals in the 62nd national championship and ranked No.1 in men's 50 meter rifle three positions in the junior category. Pratap won a Bronze medal in the 12th Asian Airgun Championship 2019 Held in Chinese Taipei. In the same competition, he also won a gold medal in the team in the same discipline.

Personal life

Aishwary completed his schooling from Kamla Nehru Higher Secondary School, Bhopal. His father is a farmer. His cousin Navdeep Singh is also an international rifle shooter. Pratap resides in Khargone MP. Currently pursuing his bachelors from Khalsa College Amritsar.

  • Pratap began shooting in 2015, participating in the national junior and senior teams. He was a member of the MP state shooting academy Bhopal.
  • in 2017, he made a national record 50m rifle three-prone position at the international Meeting of shooting hopes in czech republic.
  • in 2018, pratap won 12 medals in 62nd national championship and also won the junior individual title.
  • in 2019, pratap won silver medal in Khelo India Youth Games Pune.
  • Pratap after giving an impressive performance won the gold medal in the 19th Kumar Surendra Singh Smriti Shooting Championship.
  • National Shooting Selection trials: Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar tops junior 50-metre rifle prone event, Pratap finished second in men's 50-metre rifle behind Gagan Narang and won the juniors category in the National shooting selection trials.
