'Andy, Yang Mao(楊茆世芳)'
editShys-Fan Yang-Mao was born in Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1980. He received the B.S. degree from the Department of Applied Mathematics, National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan, in 2002. He received the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Chung Hsing University, in 2008. His research interests include medical image analysis, pattern recognition, multimedia applications, user interface design, user experience and wearable device applications. He is a senior engineer in Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan since 2010. In 2013, the team and him in ITRI received the R&D 100 Awards. He also receive the observational research scholarship award from Pan Wen Yuan Foundation in 2014 and been a visiting scholar in HIT lab, Australia. His team wins the ICT Month Innovative Elite Top 100 Awards in 2015.
