CareerSoft (キャリアソフト), a subsidiary of Atlus, is a developer of video games best known for the Langrisser and Growlanser series. It was formerly known as Masaya, a software development division of NCS. Officially CareerSoft's brand is first seen on Langrisser IV for the Sega Saturn in 1997. The entirety of the Growlanser series is developed by CareerSoft and published in Japan by Atlus.

Both Langrisser and Growlanser fall into the category of tactical role-playing games. Langrisser officially ended in 1998 with the release of Langrisser V: The End of Legend, while the Growlanser series continues today with its most recent iteration being Growlanser VI: Precarious World in 2007.

It should be noted that Langrisser Millenium for the Sega Dreamcast was not developed by CareerSoft, nor does it have any relation to the proper Langrisser series aside from the title.
