RE: User name: Windmillpro

Greetings,

My name is Thomas R. Conlon III. I began my work with Wind Powered Energy Systems in 1970, when I started Aero Power Systems Inc. We manufactures two and three bladed electric generating windmills and distributed them worldwide. This was a new concept at the time, or so I thought. I found out later that there had been a large market for electric generating windmills that began in the teens of the last century and ended at the beginning of WWII. In addition to designing, manufacturing and distributing electric generating windmills, Aero Power Systems distributed Water pumping windmills across the western US. Originally, we distributed the Dempster windmill manufactured in Beatrice, Nebraska, later switching to distribute the Argentinian made Fiasa Windmill, which was distributed in the US under the Aermotor name. Today, I am the CEO and senior engineer of Iron Man Windmill Co., manufacturers fo the original Chicago style Aermotor windmill and a completely line of completely new and modern pumps pumps for water pumping windmills that are distributed worldwide.

In addition to creating and editing works regarding water pumping windmill history and technology, I also edit and contribute to the history of the Considine Family, specifically, John W. Considine SR. who is my great grandfather. I remember the stories my Grandmother, Florence Elizabeth Considine (Conlon) told me as a child and try to keep the information posted about John Sr. alive and correct.
