VegaVend will be the first platform serving this market that can harnesses the power of social media and various digital integrations to improve sales for the vendor stores in the marketplace. From a single account, Vendors can sell on multiple marketplaces. Vendors can also add their Social Profiles to their Store page which will allow the consumer to easily visit their various social profiles, increasing their brand trust and awareness. This integration also forms an integral part of the verification process of the sellers. Once the verification process has been completed the vendor will have a “Verified” Badge on their seller’s page instilling further trust in the brand, and ultimately generating more sales.[2]

The Marketplace was first conceived late 2019 buy its founder, Clinton Rawlinson[3] and was developed over a 3 year period. The company was eventually registered on 15 August 2022. By mid December 2022 it became evident that a second marketplace for hand-crafted goods was also going to be needed and in a little less than a month YuHu Creates was born. Vegavend.com went live on 14 February 2023 is is currently looking to sign up it first 100 Vendors.
