Von Cleo A. Tabotabo (22 October 1987 – ) Is an amateur story writer, artist and civil servant. He wrote "Ang Pagpamanlo"(2014), which is a fantasy story of a boy named Bidngan who lives in Igbangay. It tells about how he captured the queen of spiders and accidentally killing it leading to the near extinction of all the spiders and then the overpopulation of insects which became the bigger problem.
