Canisianum Roman Catholic High School: The school of Legends

Canisianum is a church school located in a small town named Outapi iun Ombalantu in Omusati region 90Km from Oshakati. Its a private school were proper and good education is offered. There school premises are located in Anamulenge mission 1.5km from Outapi town going North-east. It started with the name Anamulenge High School and the name was changed when the church took over the responsibility and named it Canisianum, there school is also known by the name of ST Peter High School. The school started oparating as Canisianum in the 2005/6, with the principal Mr Kalipi Werner who retired this year(2012) after many years of good leadership and helping to put the school on the map as its well known today. Eveyone in CAnisianum is treated as the other whether female or male, because ton call a woman a weaker sex is a libel it's man's injust to woman

School Achievements

For the last past 5 years there school has been getting rewards for the most disciplined school in Omusati region, and also for being there most high, well performing school in the final exams for grade 10 &12. Canisianum has been and always been the best school in Omusati followed by Onegumbo SSS. Canisianum is the school were failure is not accepted, making Canicsianum learners very hard working and well disciplined " A man of truth must also be a man of care" and thats a believe at Canisianum. The school did not only put its focus in academic issues, but it is also involved in extra mural activities mostly soccer; volley ball and net ball, for which it has been awarded for being the best perfomer too.
