Article : Publication Cycle

While the article stays true to it's topic, it is quite distracting because of how little detail it goes into. The article itself is fairly neutral with no stance whatsoever but does give general information about what general authors go through when it comes to publication. As a whole much of the information, with including the subheadings, much the viewpoints are very underrepresented and it shows with the vagueness that is presented with the information. While the page does provide few citations, they do not work. It would be best if the author of the article would change the citations and update the information, I believe that it would better improve the article and make it more in depth. However, in the article the information is presented like it was copied and pasted and also none of the paragraphs are being cited or credited to any additional sources. In my opinion, there could be more added to the information and make it less vague and more definite. For this article, there hasn't been a talk page created for it. But Wikipedia has determined that the page does need editing because there are no in text citations. This Wikipedia article differs from how we discuss information in class due to the different publication cycles. This article discusses how the author of the information would go about getting published with what they are presenting.

Air Sparging

It is a process of putting air into water for the purpose to remove contaminants out of the water. In general, it is a process to make transferring pollution easier. There are many different types of air sparging, it uses mostly vapor instead of gas or fuels, which can be safer. A lot of the chemicals used is air sparging act as nutrients for microorganisms. In other terms, it can be refereed to Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE). The extraction involves drilling into the soil in order to lift the contaminants. It's trying to remove harmful gases from the ground and the air. When SVE is properly operated there is little risk to the community .The biggest concern are the vapors, but they are always contained.

Air Sparging: used to contract containment vapors from below the ground.

In the current article there needs to be more information, because it barely scratches the surface on what Air Sparging is.
