I have BA in Communications from Oakland University (1977), with a concentration in music. I am a former EMMY-winning broadcaster, with over 34 years in local Detroit TV as an engineer/videographer/editor/producer. I have 3-adopted children (now adults), and play musical instruments with community groups and at church. I have composed pieces for choir and instrumental groups. I currently (since 2011) am employed by the nonprofit Vattikuti Foundation, where I am involved in producing training videos specifically about robotic surgery and work with the Vattikuti Fellowship Program. I was asked by my Employer to edit and produce new content regarding the Vattikuti Foundation.
