Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a chronological disorder that exposed from the traumatic experiences. The evidence based PTSD assessment was highly used in medical field; mostly the psychotherapy assist the patients to overcome the symptoms of PTSD effectively.[2]
