The Display Team are a six-piece band from London UK, playing 'Pronk'. Their music borrows from many genres, most notably rock, ska, punk, funk, doo-wop, swing, hardcore and metal.

Started in 2000, known as Mumrah until 2006, their current lineup is as follows: Iain MacFrenzy (Rhythm guitar & Vocals), Chuckles The Clown (Drums & Vocals), Jimb (Lead Guitar & Vocals), Oz (Bass Guitar & Vocals), Mickey Bones (Trombone & Vocals), T-Cass (Trumpet & Vocals)[1].

They have been played on BBC 6music by Tom Robinson [2] and Kooba Radio[3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] and also Phoenix FM [10].

The Display Team's contribution to the compilation "Un- Scene 4" was cited by Rock Sound music magazine as deserving of "an honourable mention".

The Display Team quote their influences as Queen, Mr Bungle, Cardiacs, Mad Caddies, Frank Zappa, Madness, Reel Big Fish, Goldfinger, The Specials and The Beach Boys.

Live edit

They tour throughout mainland the UK and Europe[11] including BBC introducing stage at Rhythms of The World Festival[12], Wasted Festival[13] and Big Rivers Festival in the Czech Republic alongside bands like Mad Caddies[14] [15].
