Primer Dimer

In molecular biology techniques, Primer Dimer (PD) is a by product of PCR. Primer Dimer is, as its name implies, a couple of primers attached. Primer Dimer is created when two primers anneal and self-replicated by DNA polymerase instead of annealing a target sequence and implifying it.
