He is the Founder and Chairman of HomeTek Construction Group; angel investor, CEO and Lead Marketer of HTC Marketing, Owner and Architect of HomeTech Development and Founder of ExoFinancial. Co-Founder of Exo Water and 6ixBuzz; and co-founder of Tiny Footsteps Co. Ty was born in Oshawa Ontario, Canada, and briefly attended Ridley in St. Catharines, living with his Canadian-born mother and sister. He dropped out grade 9 to co-founded an online software company In 2015. During 2016 Xavier’s Team started working on a project to co-founded Exo Financial, a direct bank merged with Confinity, which eBay acquired for $369k in 2018.

With the money, Xavier founded HomeTech Development, a real estate development company. In 2020, he is an young investor in the Technology Industry. In 2021, he helped start an environmental group in 2023 that was later was acquired by Exo Financial and became Exo Water.
