Tris Dyson is The Director & Founder of Spice tackling social disadvantage across UK and internationally. Spice. Tris Grew Spice to employ a team of 26 leaders and social innovators within 3 years. Secured commitment for national dissemination in Welsh Manifesto & UK Government White Paper on Giving, named as one of Britain's New Radicals by the Observer & NESTA 'Radicals' as a consequence of Spice’s radical impact working with communities, public services and the private sector across the UK and internationally. [1] In 2012 Tris was included on the Independent on Sunday's 'Happy List' - the newspapers alternative to the 'Rich List'.
