Jacqueline Morris is a web developer & Internet business consultant from Trinidad and Tobago. She has in the past been awarded a Humphrey Fellowship, in the Fulbright Program, which involved working in San Francisco, CA and Washington D.C. and returned to Trinidad, consulting in IT strategy and Internet technologies, and working in Internet Marketing and Webcasting and Streaming. She's currently working with Media 21 Ltd on video over ip projects and digital signage projects. She was a member of the Working Group on Internet Governance, and is the current ICANN ALAC Chair.
