A native of Charlotte, NC, USA during my minority, I achieved adolescence when there were no major league sport teams in my hometown, so developed a passion for following the growth of banks. I moved to Washington, DC, USA where I lived a mild-mannered existence of bartending by night, leaving my days free for drinking coffee and working at non-profit organizations of my choosing. On the job activity led to an increasing interest in database programming. I now live in New York city.
After studiously reading the various WikiFauna categories, I realize that I am a practising WikiGnome, but with WikiOgre attributes. Frankly, I don't care for either label.
