- Lists all new reports which have been filed, but a case has not been opened by an investigator.
- With this list you can:
- Reject cases if they do not meet filing criteria
- Preliminarily approve cases if they meet criteria but you for whatever can't investigate the case yourself
- Open cases if they meet criteria and you can investigate the case yourself
Reports that are preliminarily approved
- Lists reports which have been approved by someone as meeting criteria, but a case was not opened yet. These are cases which you can open.

List all stale cases
- Lists all cases with status "Stale". This category should rarely have cases. Cases listed here are on IP addresses which were timely filed, but the IP has not made contributions within six months. Cases marked as stale for seven days should be rejected as stale, or closed if there has been any investigation on the case.
