Thiha Ko Ko (Burmese: သီဟကိုကို) is a prominent Burmese Deputy Station Master and Myanma Railways official.

He was born in Namma village in Mohnyin Township, Kachina State located 10 miles (16 km) north of Mohnyin in 1990 (1990) (age 34).

Thiha Ko Ko studied at Mandalay University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Myanmar.

In 2010, Thiha Ko Ko was appointed Gate Man of the Hopin Railway Station at the Myanma Railways, and went on to become a Pointsman of the Nam Khwin Railway Station.

In 2016, he was appointed as the Deputy Station Master.

In 2021 military junta, he participate in nationwide mass Civil Disobedience Movement , CDMstrike and support to reform the Myanma Railways.
