Scott's Subs is a fast casual submarine sandwich restaurant in Iron River, Michigan and De Pere, Wisconsin.[1][2][3] A third location is as of 2021 being constructed in Hobart, Wisconsin.[4]

History

edit

The restaurant was founded by Scott Radloff and opened in Iron River at 321 W. Adams St. in 1985. Radloff opened a second location in De Pere in 2014, and sold the Iron River location to Nick Lundin in July 2017. The purchase agreement stipulated that Lundin keep Scott's original menu. As of 2018, there were over fifty different sandwich combinations on the menu.[3] Amid the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, the restaurant offered discounts to healthcare workers.[5]

Recognition

edit

In 2017, the restaurant came in second in an online poll that aimed to find the best sub in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.[6]
