Thoppukaranam
Thoppukaranam is an exercise that has been originated from India .In olden days our ancestors did this as a part of their daily life routine. It increases blood circulation and memory power .It also stimulates our brain.
History
The word thoppukaranam is divided into two, where " Thorpe "means hands and " karanam " means ears ,the technique is performed by crossing the hands and catching the lobes of the ears and making a squat.This process has been apparent from ancient gurukul system of India which dates from the vedic period where the "Gurus"(masters)asks the pupils to practice this technique in order to stimulate the brain and its function.
Benefits of Thoppukaranam
By performing thoppukaranam it increases the data transmission rate between axonite and dendronite that is through the chemical exchange.It increases the memory power and also it helps speedy retrieval of information stored in the brain cells.A Dramatic change can be seen within 7 to 14 days.
