1880 Arkansas elections is about elections held in the State of Arkansas in the year 1880.
A general election was held in the U.S. State of Arkansas on 6 September, 1880. All of Arkansas' executive officers were up for election as well as all four of the state's seats in the United States House of Representatives. Additionally, there was a presidential election and a constitutional amendment on the ballot.[1]

editDemocratic nominee Thomas James Churchill won the election for Governor of Arkansas with 72.82% of the vote against Greenback nominee William Pratt "Buck" Parks, with 27.18%.[1]
Federal Offices

editDemocratic nominees Winfield S. Hancock, for President, and William H. English, for Vice President, won the State of Arkansas and its six electoral votes with 56.13% of the vote.[2]
