Wilbour is a homeless gentleman that was first seen on British television when he streaked through the opening ceremony of The Queen Stacey II secondary school in Greenwich in 1992, This was the first televised event with the new mayor, Mayor Oustworth and thanks to Wilbour's indecent exposure it was his last event as mayor.
Wilbour then came forward to a local news crew in January 2012 whilst they were filming an Olympic promotion. It is said he pitched an idea for a new TV show which would consist of him and his friends self titled The league of homeless gentleman,being followed on their day to day lives as homeless gentleman.
He is believed to the first homeless person ever to Tweet via his own twitter account, This mechanism is part of the social integration of the documentary which he is now the main contributor to which is called "Wilbour"
