Hello all, I am Tenderizer. I chose the name tenderizer because I like the metaphor to cooking meat. Sometimes meat can be hard to chew due to the tightness of the muscle fibers and the collagen webs. A tenderizer can make things easy to digest by breaking down unnecessary structures. Much like a meat tenderizer, I hope to eliminate the unnecessary information on Wikipedia and replace it with useful information.
