Elmwood Inn Fine Teas edit

Elmwood Inn Fine Teas began importing, blending and packaging exceptional handpicked teas in 1993 as an outgrowth of the Elmwood Inn Tea Room in Perryville, Kentucky. The family-owned company packages over 75 different teas sourced from India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Japan, China, and Taiwan. Elmwood Inn Fine Teas may be found in tea rooms, gift shops and cafes in every state. They private label nationally for clients including The National Archives, The Henry Clay Estate, Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Longaberger Basket Company.

Bruce Richardson is the owner and blender. Richardson has served as a member of the advisory board of the Specialty Tea Institute (STI) and columnist for TeaTime and Fresh Cup magazines. He is the author of a dozen books on tea, including “The New Tea Companion” with London's Jane Pettigrew.

Elmwood Inn Fine Teas is also the home of Benjamin Press Tea Books, TEA 101 Seminars, and Tea & Etiquette Masterclass.
