Deutsche Welle Bengali (German: Deutsche Welle Bengali) is the Bengali-language program of Deutsche Welle, Germany's main radio service. This wireless service is called 'From the Heart of Europe'. News from Germany, Europe and all over the world are presented at Deutsche Welle Bengali.

Deutsche Welle, Germany's international broadcasting station, was founded in 1953. The purpose of establishing this media was to provide neutral, reliable and independent information from the center of Europe to consumers worldwide.
Establishment of Bengali Division of Deutsche Welle edit
Deutsche Welle's Bengali division was launched in 1975. Deutsche Welle's Bengali programs were initially broadcast on short wave in Bangladesh and West Bengal, India. In 2010, the radio station started broadcasting programs on FM band in Bangladesh. Currently, Khaled Muhiuddin is working as the head of this department.

Deutsche Welle's website publishes news from Germany and the world and offers newsletters to Email users. The website has many Bengali-speaking systems for learning German Language. Deutsche Welle offers programs such as Good Morning Bonn, Here There, Germany Daily, language learning sessions, sports and more.
Apart from Bengali, Deutsche Welle has programs in many languages and online TV is also available in English, German, Arabic and Spanish.
