   NoteThe article had been deleted after a deletion discussion at Afd but recreated with no improvements.

4. A user creates an article containing

    Gener inc. is the best company to get all your properties insured, this is because it has the best employees and good working environment 

5. A user creates an article containing

   Blanks the article

6. A user creates an article containing:

    Joe, Montana is a small town located in rural Montana." "1984 is a book by George Orwell 

7. Anuser creates an article containing

   '''See also''' [[Donald]] 

8. A user creates an article containing

    '''Edward Gordon''' (born July 1998) is an aspiring American actor and songwriter. So far, he has starred in many school plays and has published two albums on SoundCloud. He has over 5,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Y There are so many tools at WP:CVTOOLS, that can help identify copyright infringements.

Example 3 Previously deleted with no improvement so G4

Y But first you need to check if the concern at the previous Afd has been met in the new article. If the article is in the same state as the one that was deleted G4 will apply.

Example 4 and Example 8 promotion so G11

Example 8:Y Border lines G11 but A7 would be better, there is the credible claim of significance per WP:SIGNIF

Example 1 patent nonsense so G1

Y Remember patent nonsense means: an unsalvageably incoherent page with no meaningful content. This does not include: poor writing, partisan screeds, obscene remarks, vandalism, fictional material, material not in English, badly translated material, implausible theories, or hoaxes.

Example 5 G7 author requesting deletion

Y, wait for 10-15 minutes. Maybe the user may add content.

Example eleven A2 since written in foreign language

Y, unless the article exist on another Wikipedia project if not add {{noenglish}} template and the translation team will look at it.

Example 6, 7 A1 lack of text

Example 7:N A3 applies more here, since it applies toan article with just an external link or a link to another article and lacks actual content . Give author 10-15 minutes.

Example 12 G1 gibberish text

N more of a test page so G2, advice the user to use the sandbox for that.

Example 9 G3 Balant hoaxes or vandalism

N, Nop a redirect to an article mentioning the subject (The Nice) would be a valid choice here. His being a Hall of Fame roadie, if true, would count as a claim to significance, so G3 doesn't quite apply here. A1 may also apply here if there is no claim of significance.
