Michael Wood AKA Woody, is the guitar player for the band Circuit[1]Circuit was discovered by Casey Kasem and have released two major label albums, Chapter 11 and Eau De Humanity. Chapter 11 was produced by Peter Gilroy while Eau De Humanity was produced by Dale Penner (Nickelback, Holly McNarland)[2] that is signed to Top Sail Productions/WEA[3] based out of Los Angeles. MTV has place numerous tracks songs by Circuit in their programs such as Real World Denver, Road Rules, The Gauntlet III and more. Michael Wood is the author of the book "You've Got A Friend In The Biz" (November 2007) and has been an American Idol Insider for various FOX television affiliates in the United States (Memphis, Chicago, Milwaukee[4], Columbus and more) and has appeared on Canada AM. Michael Wood is also a college professor teaching the business of music and the general manager of City Lights Entertainment, a musician management company.
Born May 17, 1976, Michael is one of the most recognized Canadian music industry people. He currently is a voting member of the recording academy for the Grammy Awards and released a book on the business of music called "You've Got A Friend In The 'Biz"
