"Fizz" is a slang term coined in Lebanon, Ohio by Strength and Conditioning coach Brian Miller and the Lebanon High School Volleyball team. The term is used to express affirmation or agreement, similar to saying "for sure," "absolutely," "yes," or "all right then." It can also be used to indicate understanding, as in "you got it."

In addition to its use as an affirmation, "fizz" can be employed as a verb to describe someone possessing a stylish or confident appearance, often synonymous with "swag." For example, "He's got that drip on and it's bringing out his fizz" suggests that someone's fashionable attire enhances their confident demeanor.

The term "fizz" has since gained popularity among the local community and beyond, becoming a unique part of the vernacular in Lebanon, Ohio.
