SPACING OF JAW
It is the normal physiological process of making place for the eruption of 3rd molar teeth. After eruption of the 2nd molar there is too short space to erupt the 3rd molar teeth; so the ramus of the jaw grows behind to make space for the eruption of 3rd molar teeth.
