About Me edit

I am a biracial Haudenosaunee woman, with ancestors originating from the Mohawks of Kahnawà:ke and Irish-Canadian immigrants to Newfoundland. For the past four years I have been completing my undergraduate degree on the Robinson-Huron Treaty territory in Baawaating, at Algoma University. I have worked with the Shingwauk Residential Schools Centre for three years doing research and educational outreach relating to residential schools. I Love... Cats,, Tea, Doctor Who, Shooting Film, Tacos, Libraries, and having critical conversations about collective memory.
