I am a keen amateur Mauritian historian and conservationist. I love Mauritius and I cover all its islands and flora and fauna and I want to show its best side, when the facts bear me out. When I contribute, I research and try to buttress my statements with as many underlying facts as possible on historical record in all three languages.
I steer well way from politics but am quick to correct politically inspired inaccuracy or conspiracy-fuelled inventions.
