I am medical physicist working in radiation oncology since 1994. 2/3 of this time, I was working in head positions and approximately for the same period at university sites. During this period I have (co) organized various congresses, supervised 5 PhD and numerous master students. I was contributing and last author in more than 25 peer reviewed publications and reviewed more than 50 manuscripts for various journals.

Presentation of organizational structures and technical knowledge in medical radiation physics with all relevant aspects in a well structured and comprehensible fashion. Interested persons from different groups (professions, patients, others) shall be able to retrieve essential information and gain satisfactory understanding.
