Career

edit

Steven’s path exposes him to many forms of creative content – indie features, music videos, commercials, and web production.

Steven wrote, directed and co-produced his first short film in 1995. “Two Tone,” a simple vampire love story of boy meets girl, boy bites girl, boy misses girl, played first at the Central Florida Film and Video Festival[2] then at the Denver International Film Festival on Halloween night as an aperitif for “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” by Francis Ford Coppola.

Recently, Steven was Co-producer of the indie film "Forged[3]," a drama directed by William Wedig starring Manny Perez, David Castro, Jaime Tirelli, Kevin Breznehan, and Margo Martindale. The film is a gritty, redemptive story about a father and son reconnecting while on the run from their past. "Forged" won Best Film 2010 at HBO's New York International Latino Film Festival[4][5].

Steven worked as UPM on the Bollywood film "Badmaash Company"[6] and as Line Producer for The Colbert Report’s HD show opener. He was the web and marketing supervisor for the feature film “La Soga," had two films "Great World of Sound" and "Adrift in Manhattan" screened at Sundance 2007[7][8] and worked on international ad campaigns. Steven also recreated NYC in the 80's as part of a documentary flashback set of sequences for the international sensational series "Locked up Abroad."

Known as a "Fixer," Steven can credit his success to his extraordinary ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances and fast paced environments.

Steven has several indie films and other projects currently in development.
