The Intermark is a world class integrated development prominently located on Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur city centre. The development occupies 5.25 acres of land and will offer approximately 1.3 million square feet of net lettable office space, on top of a retail podium and an adjoining 540-room business hotel – Doubletree by Hilton.
Integra Tower, a 39-storey international grade A, sustainable design office building, is expected to be completed end 2012, and is targeting to be among the first office buildings in Malaysia to achieve an international certification in sustainable office building design. The typical floor plates, with access floor system, average 25,000 sq ft and will offer one of the largest column-free floor plates in Kuala Lumpur.
Vista Tower, a 62-storey landmark office building in Kuala Lumpur has been upgraded to Grade A, while the upgrading works on the retail podium and Doubletree by Hilton Hotel are expected to be completed by Q2, 2010.
The 200,000 square feet retail podium has been conceptualised to cater to the executive lifestyle and will feature a complete entertainment and dining space on top of its roof garden.
