The Saints of Sorrow are a punk rock band from York Pennsylvania that was founded in March of 2010. Formed from members of various bands, they have made a name for themselves nationally. They have their feet firmly planted in punk and fit in the same category as the Dropkick Murphys and Street Dogs. The band members are: Scott Conrad, Simon Overmiller, Jon Kilker and Wayne Kuntz. Scott Conrad's former band was reviewed in Guitar Player Magazine(Nov. 2008)which helped drive the interest in the new project. The band has been playing the northeast part of the country from Baltimore to Boston. The Saints of Sorrow have played with many national touring bands (most notably the Have Nots, White Wives, The Briggs, Far From Finished and James Lynch of Dropkick Murphys side project(Side Effects). while releasing an upcoming album on their own without the backing of a label. While not a big city for music performance, York Pa. is notable because it was ground zero for the band "Live". ...
