Hello everyone! I have browsed Wikipedia for many many years, and I am so glad to finally have an account. I believe that Wikipedia, its purpose, and even sheer existence are an absolutely amazing feat, and I am incredibly excited to begin making contributions! I wholeheartedly believe in its concept, and it is just astounding that it is real and continues to exist and enrich people around the globe.
I am very excited to begin making contributions and making my mark on humanity and the future! My interests are broad, and include music, anthropology, linguistics, ancient writing systems, astronomy, and much more.
One of my goals while being here is to bridge the gap between academia and public knowledge, as information transfer between the two often misrepresents the truth, overcomplicates ideas, leads to false conclusions, or leaves out key pieces of information that people outside of academic circles deserve to understand as well.
