The flag of NAVA

In 2001, the North American Vexillological Association asked visitors of their website to give their opinion on the 72 subnational flags of the United States and Canada. 100 NAVA members and over 300 other people ranked these flags on a scale of 0 to 10 (worst to best). The following gallery shows the results of that survey, with in parentheses the average score.

Note that Georgia, which ended in last place in the survey, changed its flag in 2003. Louisiana's flag was modified in 2006 (addition of the three drops of blood), and again in 2010.
