Philippine Article deleted edit

In March 14, 2024, the Hermosa–Duhat–Balintawak Transmission Line was deleted due to multiple problems within the article. Liz deleted this page and the article is closed and declared as delete. I cannot make or recreate the said article as the article I've maked it will straight to speedy deletion
