Early life and education Shikhir was born on 19 June 1982 in Bhiwani, a city in India's in the state of Haryana into a middle-class Hindu family. After completing his school & education, he completed his Engineering and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in electronics & communication engineering with Honors .
While working in the capacity of Member Advisory with Austere Technology Solutions ,ATS Won the Skoch Platinum award for the implementation of ATS School ERP in Rural & Urban Cities of India ,A initiative towards Green India i.e paperless environment .
Also under his leadership ASPL launched the new portal name www.grampedia.in as pilot project for showcasing the village across India on portal with tag line " Har Gaon Hathali Par" /"Gram in your Palm" .This project won the award by District Administration of Gurugram ,Haryana on 25th December ,2023 by Deputy Chief Minister Honorable Mr Dushyant Chautala as initiative towards Good Governess.
